Database Rules
- NRIC / Company Registration No. is unique and keeps its original hyphens.
- Phone numbers are formatted with a hyphen after the third digit.
- Email addresses are stored in lowercase.
- Order ID is globally unique.
- A repeated Order ID for the same customer is merged into its timeline.
- A repeated Order ID for a different customer is rejected as a conflict.
